Kavala "Megas Alexandros" airport is 35 km away — about 30 minutes by car. Direct flights from Athens daily, plus seasonal European routes. We can pre-book a transfer.
Thessaloniki airport (SKG)
Major international hub, 180 km away — just under two hours on the motorway. Most international guests come this way.

When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later is often possible by arrangement — please ask at booking.

Is the pool shared between the houses?
Yes — the infinity pool is shared by all four houses. It is cleaned with salt electrolysis (no chlorine), serviced daily, and large enough that everyone has space to breathe.

Is Ammosphere accessible?
Ammosphere IV is fully accessible: barrier-free bathroom on the ground floor, braille signage, and a braille information folder. Please tell us at booking what you need so we can prepare the house thoughtfully.

Can you arrange transfers?
Yes — we work with a local driver and can pre-book transfers from Kavala (KVA) or Thessaloniki (SKG) airports. Send your flight details with your booking.

Are children welcome?
Warmly. The beach is shallow and child-friendly, and the houses have plenty of room. We provide cots and high chairs on request — just let us know ages.

Are pets allowed?
Not at the moment. The houses are pet-free out of consideration for guests with allergies and accessibility needs.

Is breakfast included?
Each house is fully self-catering with a fitted kitchen, coffee machine and welcome basket. A bakery in Nea Peramos delivers fresh bread daily on request, and a made-to-order breakfast can be arranged with a local partner.

What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival. Between 31 and 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Within 14 days the full reservation is charged. Full terms on the Stay Policy page.
