Every detail is chosen with intent: solid wood, eco-friendly materials, layered lighting in every room, salt-electrolysis pool water, solar-heated showers. We built it the way we like to stay ourselves — quietly, comfortably, with the sea always within walking distance.

Ammolofoi (the "sand dunes") is one of the longest beaches in northern Greece — fine golden sand, blue-flag clear water, and a treeline of pines that reaches almost to the surf. Two kilometres from Nea Peramos, twenty-five from the city of Kavala, an hour from Thessaloniki by motorway.
